Congratulations to All of Our Swimmers

Congratulations to all of our swimmers for their performances at the JASIS Swim Carnival at AIS on May 9th. All of our swimmers performed admirably and we finished 3rd overall, which was a fantastic effort from staff, parents and our swimmers.

I would like to pass on a very sincere note of gratitude to Mr. Oscar, our Music and Bahasa teacher in Primary and Ms Erlin, our Office Supervisor and Admissions to the Primary campus. To Oscar and Erlin, both inspirational and wonderful patrons of our school, we wish you every success for the new challenges ahead.

To Ms Tri, our TA for Ms Claire’s, Year 2 Uenuku class, she will be taking maternity leave to prepare for the arrival of their new baby boy, all our support and best wishes.

This weekend, there are staff and students from NZIS, who will be involved in a variety of activities. At the British School, Ms Martina is taking a JATI Art workshop with senior students. At the Le Meridien Hotel, there is the Exhibition for International Schools in Jakarta where NZIS have an exhibit. On Sunday at 1.30pm our Primary Jump Jam team with Ms Gina will be performing at this exhibition. We wish them all the very best with their performance. Also, on Saturday, our senior students will be playing in the Highland Gathering Touch Rugby tournament. Our Girls team is combined with players from AIS forming our very first ANZAC team. The boys from Year 7 – Year 13 make up the boys team. Good luck and best wishes to all our teams, staff and students who are representing the school this weekend.

Have a safe and enjoyable weekend
