International Day Preparations
This past week the Secondary students who were not busy studying every day for their Cambridge Mock Exams were busy rehearsing their skits and dance routines and completing their artworks in preparation for today’s ( September 15th) International Day celebrations at NZIS.
The students across all Year Levels in Secondary were broken up into 3 groups with each group choosing a Continent (Asia, North America & Europe) that they then needed to represent through their clothing choices as well as in a skit and dance that reflected aspects of their chosen continent.
As you can see in the photos the students had a great time preparing for their presentations and it made a nice relaxing break from the last couple weeks of hard study. The students showed a lot of creativity in their artwork, dance choreography and with their short skits.
Well done Secondary!
